LinenSpot was founded with a simple mission: to take linen management off the hands of hospitality businesses, combining technology with attentive service.
Our team has over 30 years of experience in industrial laundry and handles everything, from pickup and washing with EU Ecolabel certified detergents to ironing and delivery. Every item is tracked with an RFID system we developed entirely in-house.

Prices exclude VAT. Linen rental is charged per day and shown in the price list.
Cosmetics and cleaning products are priced separately in the app and go on the same monthly invoice.

You pay a fixed price per change, with washing, ironing, collection and delivery included. Linen rental is charged per day. All prices, excluding VAT, are in the price list.
You receive a single monthly invoice, issued on the 5th of each month. Linen, cosmetics and cleaning products are all on the same invoice.
With rental you don't invest in linen, you don't replace it when it wears out and you don't waste time on washing machines and ironing. Costs are predictable and tied to how busy your property is.
Bed linen (sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers), towels and restaurant linen (tablecloths and napkins).
No, there's no minimum order: we work with properties of every size, from small guest houses to boutique hotels.
That depends on you. When you order from the app, you choose when to receive the linen. With the stock service we come by once or twice a week.
Every item has an RFID chip that is read at every step. In the app you can see the complete history of deliveries and collections, and you get a notification with every delivery.
Nothing: wear and tear and damage from normal use are on us, and we replace damaged items ourselves. We only charge for items that are repeatedly misused, for example to clean shoes or windows.
Yes. The deposit is paid in the app before the first order and refunded when the service ends. The amount is shown in the price list.
Yes. The cancellation terms are set out in the general terms and conditions.

Yes: OroVerde cosmetics for your guests and Sanitec professional cleaning products. You order them in the app together with the linen and they arrive in the same delivery.
