LinenSpot was founded with a simple mission: to take the worry of linen management off hospitality businesses, through technology combined with an attentive service.
Our team has over 30 years of experience in industrial laundry and takes care of everything: supply, washing with EU Ecolabel detergents, ironing and delivery, with an RFID tracking system developed entirely in-house.

You pay a fixed price for each change, with washing, ironing, pickup and delivery included. Linen rental is charged per day. All prices, excluding VAT, are in the price list.
You receive one monthly invoice, issued on the 5th of each month. Linen, cosmetics and cleaning products are all on the same invoice.
With rental you don't invest in linen, you don't replace it when it wears out and you don't waste time on washing machines and ironing. Costs are predictable and tied to your property's activity.
Bed linen (sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers), towels and restaurant linen (tablecloths and napkins).
No, there's no minimum order: we work with properties of every size, from small guest rooms to boutique hotels.
That depends on you. When ordering from the app, you choose when to receive the linen. With the stock service we come by once or twice a week.
Every item has an RFID chip that is read at every step. In the app you will find the complete history of deliveries and pickups, and you get a notification with every delivery.
Nothing: wear and damage from normal use are on us, and we replace damaged items ourselves. We only charge for items repeatedly misused, for example to clean shoes or windows.
Yes. The deposit is paid in the app before the first order and is refunded at the end of the service. The amount is shown in the price list.
Yes. The cancellation terms are set out in the general conditions.

Yes: OroVerde cosmetics for your guests and Sanitec professional cleaning products. You order them in the app together with the linen and they arrive in the same delivery.
